This merger of highly skilled and dedicated medical transcriptionists along with the technical advisors has made it possible for C&C to offer its customers the best possible combination of accuracy, speed and value.
C&C Notary Services was started in 2011, by Teresa Renee' Celmer. Teresa is a Licensed, Bonded, Insured, Registered, Certified & Background Screened Notary Public and Certified Notary Signing Agent in and for the State of Florida.
